Check

Verify that the libreswan package is installed with the following command:

$ dnf list --installed libreswan

libreswan.x86_64 4.9-4.el9_2 @appstream

If the "libreswan" package is not installed, this is a finding.

Fix

Install the libreswan package with the following command:

$ dnf install libreswan
